Moreover, in the production employee, who has produces the product, they have using a lot of time and energy to help the company to make the product by using many types of material with dangerous way, transfer the product material, form step A to step D. In the engineering employee, they can be articulated and closely linked with technology with many engineering roles now to trust the heavy on technological advance, in the firm engineering knows how to repairing the machines when having the problem.

So the managers will focus on the marketing employee, finance employee, production employee and engineering employee compare to the HR. Marketing employee know how to do their sales to earn more money to the organization, finance employee knows how to calculate the correct amount what did the organization done it, production employee knows how to produces the product with the machines, with colleagues to produces nice product for their organization, engineering employees are the ones who help the machines problem, what is happening in the technologies with the engineering. With their help, the company can earn more money and become a bigger company.
