Before starting the ethical behavior we should know, what Ethics is. Ethics is the part of philosophy that talks about good and evil. Ethics is also based on the motivation of right & wrong for a group of people. A good indicator of high levels of corporate and hence, employee ethics is how well employees protect their company's assets. Tiers who take pride in this company's ethical standards reflect. Ethics are also known as moral philosophy that question about morality? Ethics have different meaning in different languages. It means principle which leads to good or bad in the process of any operation, personal or professional.

Business ethics means the region where words like do's or don't matters for the purpose of the business. Ethical behavior is important in every part.

Ethics is important in company assets. The employee ethics is all about how well Employees protect their Company Assets. In addition to above described misuses we can't avoid other miss happenings within the company because of the thinking and illegal approach of employers towards their work. Things like profession, customer service, dignity are all lost.

Every person can perform well and help in creating an environment which is all about the good work and is going to result in the making of unquestionable environment. Finally which is going to produce employee pride blossoms and theft losses disappear.

Ethics behavior helps in decision making. All the decisions have a big impact, so I have some guide lines for it to raise the sensitivity and improve the decision making standards.

So how to move forward in making ethical decision and personal character skills. But what to do about the guidance to let us know if the decisions made have some ethical applications?

It's a fact that every work or decision has some ethical points or impact. The best approach is to know judge the ability of ethical implications. So what is the role which ethics play in decions? And how do we recognize the situation? Which of them are the bad signs that may be tougher with complicated issues and hard impacts? Following are some points. We cannot use these points all the time, but they improve our decision making process.

How we feel tomorrow if we do this?

Are these words such truth,fairness,values and principles going to appear in my reasoning when I am going to make decisions?

Do the fair treatment questions going to arise?

What does my heart tell me about the decisions?

Would I am going to make the decisions if cost were not a factor? And I am putting mandatory values in my decisions?

Is am going to make excuses such as everybody does it, or no will find out? Or how I did it?

Is this decision wanted to be made by someone other person? Or we feel that someone else don't want to make it?

Leaders who are ethical demonstrate a level of integrity that's for stimulating others for stimulating a sense of leader trustworthyness, thar is important for followers to accept the vision of the leader, secondly you should know who is a Ethical leader, Leaders who are ethical are people-oriented, and also aware of how their decisions impact others.

Becoming an Ethical Leader

We have been privileged know many executives that we would classify as ethical leaders. What these executives have in common is a profound and deep sense of ethical principles, values, and character at the core of their leadership. They see their job as making others better, and enabling them to pursue their own hopes and dreams. They are able to get things done in complicated organizations and societies. But, it is their ethical core which pervades their relationships with followers, the skills and processes which they use in leading them, their analysis of the contexts, and their own sense of self.

Becoming an ethical leader is relatively simple. It requires a commitment to examining your own behavior and values, and the willingness and strength to accept the responsibilities for the effects of the actions on others and even on yourself. A "responsibility principle" is a necessary ingredient for "managing for stakeholders" to be useful in today's business world. Ethical leaders must consider and take responsibility for the effects of their actions on customers, suppliers, employees, communities and other stakeholders. If business were simply concerned with shareholder value, then this "responsibility principle" would be unnecessary, other than the responsibility to shareholders.

To become an ethical leader, commit to asking yourself the following types of questions:

(1) What are my most important values and principles?

(2) Does my calendar-how I spend my time and attention-reflect these values?

(3) What would my subordinates and peers say my values are?

(4) What mechanisms and processes have I designed to be sure that the people who work for me can push back against my authority?

(5) What could this organization do or ask me to do that would cause me to resign for ethical reasons?

(6) What do I want to accomplish with my leadership?

(7) What do I want people to say about my leadership when I am gone?

(8) Can I go home at the end of the day and tell my children (or a loved one) about my leadership, and use my day's work to teach them to be ethical leaders?
